To save your template or theme, tap the More button , tap Export, tap [App name] Template or Theme, then tap Add to Template Chooser or Add to Theme Chooser.

After you save your template or theme, it appears in the My Templates section of the Template Chooser in Pages or Numbers, or in the My Themes section of the Theme Chooser in Keynote.

Open the Template Chooser or Theme Chooser, then tap My Templates or My Themes.

Enter a name, then tap Rename.

Delete a template or theme

When you delete a template or theme, it is removed from your other devices that use iCloud Drive with Pages, Numbers, and Keynote.

Open the Template Chooser or Theme Chooser, then tap My Templates or My Themes.
Touch and hold the template or theme, lift your finger, then tap Delete in the menu that appears.
