The Oculus PC software is only available for Windows. This means that you can’t get Oculus Link working with Mac natively. However, some users have reported using Bootcamp to install a virtual version of Windows on their Mac. Then, you can install the Oculus software in Bootcamp and run Oculus Link if your Mac specs are good enough. Setting up Oculus – Hardware
Step 1: Connect Headset Cable to your computer
Plug both the HDMI connector and the USB connector to your computer. If your computer does not have a HDMI input, you can also use the DVI included in the box.
Step 2: Connect the positional tracker cables
Insert the sync cable and usb cable to your positional tracker and connect the ends to the power and USB connectors. You can then simple attach the positional tracker to your laptop/screen.
Step 3: Power up the headset!

Go to settings preferences > Hold CMD+Option keys and click on display to open the rotation drop down menu.
